SolutionCenter.msi is HP’s solution center which is related to the HP printer software.
To get rid of the SolutionCenter.msi message when the computer starts up go to and install the cleanup tool.

Open the cleanup tool after installation and select anything labled solution center and remove it.
WARNING: Be careful not to remove anything other than solution center.
Restart your computer and the issue should be resolved
